I’m passionate about creating a compassionate and nurturing space for healing, self-discovery, and transformation. I bring a warm, intuitive presence to our sessions, drawing on somatic, experiential, and therapeutic approaches to gently support your nervous system, restore balance, and meet you exactly where you are. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care,
always honouring your pace and what feels safe.
I draw from a range of modalities—including Somatic Experiencing®, Family Systems Theory, mindfulness-based techniques, and Inner Child work—tailoring each session to your unique needs and what feels most supportive in the moment.
I support clients in navigating trauma, stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges, while helping them reconnect with their bodies, build resilience, and access their own inner clarity and strength. In our sessions, I take an experiential approach—helping you move beyond words and into a felt experience of healing and transformation.

Somatic Experiencing® (SE)
Somatic Experiencing® (SE) is a body-focused therapeutic approach designed to help release stress, trauma, and emotional tension stored in the nervous system. When we experience overwhelming situations, our bodies instinctively react to protect us—often by holding onto that stress long after the event has passed. Over time, this can lead to anxiety, emotional dysregulation, chronic stress, or feeling "stuck" in survival patterns like fight, flight, or freeze.
Through gentle, body-centered awareness, SE helps you reconnect with your body’s natural ability to heal. Rather than focusing solely on talking through past experiences, this approach guides you in safely tuning into bodily sensations, allowing the nervous system to gradually release stored tension and restore a sense of balance.
In our work together, I will guide you through this process at a pace that feels safe and supportive. By learning to listen to your body and regulate your nervous system, you can experience greater resilience, emotional stability, and an overall sense of ease in your daily life.

Therapeutic Counselling

Therapeutic counselling goes beyond traditional talk therapy by supporting the integration of mind, body, and spirit in the healing process. It recognizes that we are not just our thoughts or emotions, but whole beings with depth, inner wisdom, and a natural capacity for healing and growth.
In our sessions, we may explore meaningful aspects of your inner world—like intuition, mindfulness, dreams, creativity, or your sense of purpose. This work can gently guide you back to your true self, helping you move beyond limiting beliefs or emotional patterns and into a more grounded, authentic, and empowered way of being.
By weaving together somatic, person-centred, and meaning-oriented approaches, I offer a space where you can tend to life’s challenges while also reconnecting with your inner resources, clarity, and a deeper sense of peace.
